Service Description

This is a private class! We meet in our nice and full of light school kitchen with a lovely terrace and prepare fresh pasta from scratch, pesto sauce from scratch, yummy zucchini, saltimbocca alla romana (lovely small meat bites with ham and sage) and cannoli with ricotta as dessert. It will be just you, your partner, siblings friends….no one you do not know! The chef will be completely at your disposal in a relaxed atmosphere answering all your question in a very professional way!!! At the end of the class we will have lunch together sipping a nice Prosecco coming from our winery, water and a good coffee!
