All menus are served with a sparkling white or rosé wine as an aperitif, a red or white still wine during the meal and coffee. We are flexible on the menus so if you can't find that Italian recipe you always wanted to learn please contact us and we will do our best to satisfy your needs. Registration can only be made online, from this website, with advance payment by credit card or PayPal, within midnight of the day before the class is held. Private groups are also available upon request. Classes are small and fill-up quickly, so if you want to join
