1) 
PIZZA MARGHERITA 
    (thin crust round pizza with tomato, mozzarella & basil)

2) 
HOMEMADE PASTA, one of the following:

     TAGLIATELLE (pasta strands made with soft wheat & eggs)
    GNOCCHI (italian dumplings made with potatoes & soft wheat)
    ORECCHIETTE or CAVATELLI (pasta made with durum wheat)
    PIZZOCHERI (gluten free pasta made with buckwheat)


3) 
ITALIAN DESSERT, one of the following:

   TIRAMISU' (coffee dessert with mascarpone cream)
   PANNA COTTA (cream pudding with vanilla)
   CANNOLI (sicilian shells filled with ricotta)
   GELATO (the true Italian homemade one!)

DRINKS: Prosecco superiore DOCG (adults only), bottled mineral water, soft drinks (for children)
