1) 
PIZZA MARGHERITA 
    (thin crust round pizza with tomato, mozzarella & basil)
2) 
HOMEMADE PASTA, one of the following:

     TAGLIATELLE (pasta strands made with soft wheat & eggs)
    GNOCCHI (italian dumplings made with potatoes & soft wheat)
    ORECCHIETTE or CAVATELLI (short pasta made with durum wheat)
    PIZZOCHERI (gluten free pasta made with buckwheat)

3) ITALIAN DESSERT, one of the following:

    TIRAMISU' (coffee dessert with mascarpone cream)
   PANNA COTTA (cream pudding with vanilla)
   CANNOLI (sicilian shells filled with ricotta)
   GELATO (the true Italian homemade one!)
   APPLE STRUDEL (apples in shortcrust pastry)
   PASTE DI MANDORLE (almond gluten free biscuits)

DRINKS: Prosecco superiore DOCG (white sparkling wine) or Rosso Monferrato DOC (red wine), bottled mineral water, soft drinks (for children)
